Reflecting on 80 years of Continuity
As we commemorate the completion of our Eightieth anniversary year, we would like to say "Thank You" to our customers, for allowing us to serve you. As we move ahead, we look forward to continuing our tradition of excellent customer service. Over the years, our commitments have not changed. Customer service and superior pricing are the same today as they were at the Bank’s inception.
In an effort to maintain our reputation of excellence, Quaint Oak Bank has continued to expand our range of services for customer convenience. But as importantly, we have expanded our capital position with the recent conversion of the Bank into the stock form of organization. This will enable the Bank to continue its growth path and improve our earnings potential.
As products have expanded we have been able to offer longer term deposits while we have simultaneously shortened our loan terms by offering more commercial real estate secured loans. This has increased the Banks stability by more closely matching assets with liabilities.
Quaint Oak has remained solid and compares extremely well as measured by its peer position in the industry.
As we commemorate the Eightieth anniversary of Quaint Oak Bank and look forward to our expansion, we reflect on the direction that the Bank has taken. In an ever changing environment we have come to realize that as things change things remain the same. Our goals today are the same goals we set in 1926, competitively superior rates and service to our valued customers.
