Meet Our Team

Keith Chesler has worked in financial services for over 20 years. Having worked for several major financial institutions, including both regional and local banks, Keith brings passion and knowledge into ethically helping his clients develop and manage their financial needs.

Keith is fluent in four languages, was a High School, College, and Semi-Pro level athlete and holds six higher education degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, and both a B.A. and M.A. from B.H.U. (now part of Towson State University), a Talmudic Law Degree from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, a permanent teaching license from the Baltimore Council of Jewish Education Services, and Rabbinical Ordination from Congregation Nachal Chocma. He is also an Orthodox Rabbi, having held his ordination for close to 30 years, and a committed family man, blessed with nine children.

His diverse background, experience, and commitment put him in a position to be a conscientious strategic partner for individuals and business owners.

Since entering the banking industry in 1992, John has had the opportunity to work with many small to medium sized businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. The knowledge and experience gained over the years, coupled with the experience that began with an entry-level position as a commercial credit analyst trainee, developed into an executive leadership role with a strong community bank and has given John a broad perspective and understanding of what business owners need and expect from their banker.

John says, “Years of working with small business owners has given me valuable insights into the pride and joy of ownership, as well as some of the challenges ownership presents. Building relationships, and playing a small role in the long-term profitable growth of businesses in our community, is what I find most engaging and rewarding about my profession. I enjoy being part of the Quaint Oak Bank team because Quaint Oak’s relationship-driven approach to commercial banking, coupled with its size and flexibility, helps me make a positive impact in the communities we serve.”

Jeffrey’s career in the banking industry began in 1990, spending over 30 years working with small to medium sized businesses in the greater tristate area and beyond. The knowledge and experience Jeffrey gained over the years started in retail banking and then progressed into commercial lending. He has provided a wide variety of financial products to meet the ever changing needs of his clients and closed loans totaling over $3 billion spanning many different industries. His extensive tenure has given him a broad perspective and understanding of what business owners need and expect from their banker.

Jeffrey says, “Through all of my years, the satisfaction of meeting the needs of my client has propelled me. Knowing I have had a small part in their successes and adding to the greater communities’ success is very satisfying. Now, here as a part of the Quaint Oak Bank team, I can continue my story. Quaint Oak Bank has a relationship-driven approach to commercial banking. This coupled with its size and flexibility, helps me meet the demands of the communities we serve.”

Steven Willard is married with two children. He loves to read, play golf, and watch sports.

Steven says, “I am excited to work with Quaint Oak Bank as a Commercial Relationship Manager and in the newly created position of SBA Team Leader. Many small businesses are owned by individuals or families and form the backbone of our nation’s economy. Helping such hardworking individuals execute their plans and realize their dreams provides me with immense personal and professional satisfaction.
